What are your hours? We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. The only days we are closed are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

What activities do you provide? We provide a wide range of activities including live music, community outings, art projects, active games, card and board games, themed lunches and parties, trivia, and much more! Our physical therapist, Mike, leads a 30 minute exercise program each day which can be adapted for anyone.

How do participants get to and from the program? Many participants are transported by their family and/or caregivers. Those who are not take Metro Mobility or another transportation service. We can help you decide what is right for your loved on and give you information on transportation options and costs.

What does is cost and how does payment work? We offer full and half days at our program. A full day is $85 and a half day is $50. Extended days are offered at an hourly rate. We accept private payment, veteran’s benefits, long term care insurance, and waivers/medical assistance. If you pay privately, an invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of each month for the previous months’ services.

Do you provide showers or other extra services? Yes, we do. We offer showers for an additional cost. Sholom has a beauty/barber salon, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and foot care clinics.
