Each resident living in the Bentson Family Assisted Living Residence receives the following services as part of the rent:
- Three kosher meals per day—available with meal program
- 30 minutes of housekeeping weekly
- Laundry service – two loads per week
- Life enrichment programs and activities
- Transportation for planned excursions
- All utilities, including telephone and basic cable television service and wireless internet
