Hello Joyce, We met last May, I think it was during your first week at work and my dad, John, was having a tour of the Vitality Center. Later we talked because my dad needed reminding to schedule his gym time, and you helped me arrange that with the staff. I have visited my dad twice in 2012, and I wanted to mention that he seems to be doing very well, and I think in large part it is due to the diligence of his “gym team”. They remind him to come, schedule his next appointment when he is with them and write it down on paper, they have him on 5 or 6 of the 8 machines. He is more stable and steady on his feet, he is maintaining agility. He feels good. I have noticed that my dad’s memory even seems to be improving. That is not likely, but the staff says it is probably due to the routine of the exercise. Just wanted you to know that your Vitality guys are doing a good job.
