Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness and mindfulness experience with internationally recognized Aikido master, Mark Larson Shihan, founder of the Minnesota Aiki Shuren Dojo.
Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art focused on harmony, balance, and inner strength. This special session is tailored for seniors and designed to introduce gentle movements, improve flexibility, and foster a sense of calm. Mark Larson has taught Aikido to individuals of all ages and backgrounds—from professional athletes and dancers to military personnel and wellness practitioners.
Whether you’re curious about martial arts or seeking a new way to connect with your body and mind, this program offers a peaceful path to personal growth and wellbeing.
