Have you heard about kombucha, kimchi, tofu, and other foods everyone seems to be talking about, but haven’t had the chance to try them?
Join us for a relaxed, welcoming tasting event featuring samples from local and regional food vendors.
Sit back, sample at your own pace, and learn about the ingredients, traditions, and potential health benefits behind some of today’s most talked-about foods. You’ll also have the chance to meet the people who make them and ask questions along the way. Whether you’re looking to try something new, find a new favorite, or simply enjoy a morning of good food and good company, we’d love to have you.
Featured vendors and products will be announced as they are confirmed.
This event is presented in partnership with Mississippi Market and is open to the public. Seating will be provided, and the classroom is accessible. Attendees will join residents from Sholom’s Shaller Family East Campus in this community gathering.
COST: Free
REGISTRATION: Recommended, so we can plan for seating and samples. Register here.
Please note: Samples may contain common allergens. Specific ingredient information will be available at the event, and staff will be on hand to answer questions about ingredients and dietary needs.
