About Sholom

A Legacy of Compassionate Care

For over a century, Sholom has been a trusted name in senior care across the Twin Cities. What began as a small home for eight elders has grown into vibrant campuses, home care services, and a continuum of care programs supporting hundreds each year. Our mission remains strong: to offer exceptional care, promote independence, and create a warm community where all individuals feel respected and valued.
