What is LSVT BIG®?
LSVT BIG® is an internationally recognized, evidence-based treatment approach that focuses on increasing movement amplitude (“thinking BIG”) to improve functional mobility and everyday activities.
Originally developed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, LSVT BIG has also demonstrated clinical value for individuals with a variety of neurological diagnoses and movement disorders. The treatment emphasizes intensive, high-effort practice designed to help patients move with greater confidence, improve balance and walking, and maintain independence throughout daily life.
