Sholom Announces Historic $8 Million Investment to Strengthen Inclusive Senior Care for the Future
Investment supports technology, systems, staffing, and community spaces across campuses
Sholom has announced a historic $8 million infrastructure investment alongside refreshed brand messaging that reflects its commitment to belonging, dignity, and inclusive community. Powered by a transformational grant from our Sholom Foundation, this initiative is designed to strengthen services, technology, communication, workforce support, and the overall community experience. The investment will enhance clinical systems, operational tools, communication platforms, and select living and shared spaces across Sholom’s campuses, positioning the organization for long-term sustainability and excellence in care.
Join us for an upcoming Town Hall as Jim Newbrough, CEO of Sholom, shares more about our historic infrastructure investment and what it means for the future of our community.
This conversation will provide insight into how we are strengthening our systems, enhancing our environments, and investing in the people and tools that support exceptional care. You’ll learn how these updates are designed to improve daily experiences for residents, families, and staff—while ensuring Sholom remains a trusted, inclusive community for generations to come.
We’ll also create space for questions, dialogue, and shared perspectives as we move forward together.
Please email [email protected] with any questions or visit our Future of Sholom hub where some questions may be answered and where we’ll publish “infrastructure in action” updates as the year progresses.
