Join Sholom, Family Caregiver Support Services & the Minnesota JCC for a five-session caregiver support group.
Caring for a loved one can be deeply meaningful, but can also be emotionally, physically, and spiritually demanding. This support group offers family caregivers (of older adults) a compassionate space to connect with others who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving.
Facilitated by Rabbi Rebecca Kamil, board certified chaplain and founder of Family Caregiver Support Services, the group provides an opportunity to share experiences, receive encouragement, and explore practical and spiritual tools for navigating the caregiving journey. Through guided conversation, Jewish wisdom, and mutual support, participants can find strength, resilience, and a sense of community. This group offers a place to be heard, supported, and reminded that you do not have to carry the responsibilities of caregiving alone.
