  • Your annual income, including interest on assets and dividends, does not exceed the limits set forth by HUD AND
  • You are capable of maintaining lease requirements AND
  • You can pass a background check

Absolutely. Residents are encouraged to take part in a wide range of programs available on the Sholom East Campus, including wellness classes, creative arts, cultural celebrations, and spiritual discussions.

We offer thoughtfully designed 537 sq ft. one-bedroom apartment layouts, each featuring full kitchens and dining space, bathroom, and living room.

Residents of Weinberg Apartments receive priority access to Sholom’s continuum of care—including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing—right on campus.
