Sholom Home East’s Adult Day Center was one of the original day programs introduced in the Twin Cities’ area. The Center provides a variety of health, social and other related support services during daytime hours. We offer a secure, comfortable environment supervised by a licensed social worker and professional staff. The Adult Day Center offers families and caregivers:

Day care participants are provided with:
