In this one-hour session\, Crystal Houghtaling\, LSW\, LALD\, Housing Director at Roitenberg Family Assisted Living\, will explore the ways trauma and grief can impact mental health in later life\, and how care providers and professionals can respond with empathy and understanding.\n\n \nCrystal has been dedicated to direct patient care since 2004 and became a licensed social worker in 2019. Her experience spans County Case Management\, Long-Term Care\, Transitional Care\, and Memory Care programming\, and she has held leadership roles including Campus Director of Social Services for Sholom.
