Did you know there are over 54 million Americans over 65? With an aging population, it’s critical to do what you can to help your loved ones stay healthy.
Being bored could prove hazardous to your health. In fact, people who are bored easily are more susceptible to anxiety, depression, loneliness, and isolation. However, with a list of fun fall activities for seniors you don’t have to risk boredom or your well-being.
Exercise can reduce your risk of depression, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, hypertension, and more. It’s also an effective defense against cognitive health decline. As a result, the CDC recommends adults over 65 get a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity a week.
