Please congratulate our very own Cassandra Nickell, Adult Day Director at the Shaller Family Sholom East Campus. Cass received a LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation scholarship.

This scholarship invests in the professional development of the aging services workforce and is a signature area of focus for the LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation.

Cass has been a demonstrated leader in the Sholom Community caring for patients in our Roitenberg Family Adult Day program on the Shaller Family Sholom East Campus.

This scholarship will enable her to continue her education to better help advance her career and make a continued impact in the aging services industry!

Bio: Originally from Illinois, Cassandra Nickell moved to Minnesota to complete her internship for a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy. Cassandra has a passion for working with seniors, particularly those suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia— a field she has been working in for the past seven years. Cassandra is currently the director of the Roitenberg Family Adult Day Center at the Shaller Family Sholom East Campus in St. Paul, MN. She is pursuing her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her rescue animals, doing arts & crafts, and attending live music events.
