Sholom Care is available to tenants at Knollwood Place, Roitenberg Family Assisted Living Residence, Menorah Plaza, Menorah West and Booth Manor.

Sholom Care provides:

• Licensed nursing services
• Full health assessment to evaluate needed services and to create a personalized plan of care
• Home Health Aide on-site 24 hours per day
• Medication reminders, administration and set-ups
• Overnight one-on-one extended hours available
• Reassurance checks/homemaking/laundry
• Escorts to meals/programs/doctor appointments/shopping
• Assistance with meal set-up/preparation

Menorah West tenant Mildred Nielsen enjoys having Wanda Jackson, Sholom Care Aide, massage and polish her nails. Amost 92, Mildred welcomes the extra assistance which allows here to remain in her apartment.
