Sholom Home Care is available to tenants at Bentson Family Assisted Living Residence, Knollwood Place, Roitenberg Family Assisted Living Residence, Menorah Plaza, Menorah West and Weinberg Apartments - or wherever you live in the community.

Sholom Home Care provides:

• Licensed nursing services
• Full health assessment to evaluate needed services and to create a personalized plan of care
• Home Health Aide on-site 24 hours per day
• Medication reminders, administration and set-ups
• Overnight one-on-one extended hours available
• Reassurance checks/homemaking/laundry
• Escorts to meals/programs/doctor appointments/shopping
• Assistance with meal set-up/preparation
