Short-term RehabilitationIntensive rehabilitation programs are available on both the Ackerberg Campus and Shaller Family Campus. Both are designed for people who have been hospitalized for surgery or other acute illness - and require additional therapy services and rehab nursing care before they return to their own home. Individualized care is provided with compassion and a friendly therapeutic approach. Staff’s goal is to help clients achieve their highest possible level of function and comfort in the shortest time possible. Short-term rehabilitation clients stay in fully furnished rooms in a spacious short-stay unit with state-of-the-art modalities. Both private and semi-private double rooms are available. All transitional care rooms offer in-room telephones and TV/VCR/DVD with a selection of movies available.

- On-site x-ray and lab
- Daily housekeeping
- Linen and personal laundry service
- Care provided for clients needing specialized care including wound care management, total parenteral nutrition (TPN) and tube feeding, IV medication, tracheotomy care, treatment of MRSA and VRE
