The Aging Eye: Strategies to Remain Independent Kate Grathwol, PhD, Vision Loss Resources 2:30 - 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2006
Dr. Grathwol will discuss the most common eye diseases older adults deal with, such as cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. She will touch on what research is being done and what services and resources exist in the community to help older adults with vision loss remain independent.
