Focus Beyond Students
Focus Beyond Transition Services is a program for 18-21 year olds with disabilities through Saint Paul Public Schools. Students attend post high school and focus on the three areas of transition: independent living, employment and post-secondary education & training. Focus Beyond Transition Services (FBTS) provides transition services through collaborative partnerships that guide students though individualized pathways promoting lifelong learning as contributing members of society. Sholom has several teams of Focus Beyond Students here at the Shaller Family Sholom East Campus. They help with many different activities throughout the day, which includes dining services, environmental services and anywhere else that they can be of assistance. It is a great partnership with the Saint Paul Public Schools to support these students to become contributing members of society.
